We are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening our Central Distribution and Manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. on Tuesday, April 14 as we continue to take all the extra necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Our schedule April 14 – 24:
- Central Distribution and Manufacturing in Sparta, TN. will be back and operating on a full time schedule.
- Regional warehouses in Largo and Miami, FL., Summerville, SC. and Avon, MA. will remain operating on a limited basis to only handle orders that are urgent each of the next 2 weeks. We will not be operating our regular TACO truck deliveries to customers during this period.
- Customer service will continue to operate and be available each day during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) receiving orders and providing customer support.
We expect to have all our locations back up and operating by the end of this month. We have not experienced any serious supply chain issues and our inventory levels for stock items are also very good at this time.
We continue to stand ready to support your on-going needs. Please let us know if there are any parts you are having trouble with and we will try to assist you any way we can. Together we will get through this and look forward to steadily building back up to where we were before the COVID-19 pandemic began.
